The building is located at the lower end of the three-kilometre long village of Háj, which stretches along the town road. This road is used almost exclusively to arrive at the properties. The building offers views of Klínovec Mountain and Fichtelberg in Germany. The building is located on a grassy sloped lot of about 1350 m2, with a parking lot for 7 cars, a grassy mini playground and 2 outdoor seating areas partly shaded by trees.
HOW BIG IS THE FACILITY?
The free-standing building has 3 entrances and 7 suites. The lower entrance leads to the shared ski/bike storage room and suites 1 and 2. A shoe and boot dryer is also available in the ski storage room. The middle entrance leads to suites 3, 4, 5 and 6, and suite 7 is accessed from the separate upper entrance. The chalet also has private parking for 7 cars.
RECONSTRUCTED ROOMS FOR YOUR COMFORT!
In 2009 the building underwent complete reconstruction, while preserving the original layout from the early 20th Century. The suites are newly equipped in the same style. They differ only in size and layout. Each suite features a living room with a kitchen, dining table and fold-out couch, bedroom and bathroom with toilet. Suites no. 4 and 7 have an additional bedroom.
